The scenic area of Wild Crane Pool has rich natural landscapes, of which there are steep and exotic sights of waterfall and pool which is as long as 2.5 kilometers and rich animal and vegetable resources.
There are also ravines extending vertically and horizontally, luxuriant woods, rich medicinal materials, clean and quiet environment, fresh air, cool and pleasant climate, graceful and beautiful landscape.
Scenic area of Xianyun (Idle Cloud) Stream
It is located in the northeast of the whole scenic area. There are luxuriant woods, rich species and diversified landscapes there.
The topography of the scenic area is complicated which is high in the west and low in the east. With a clean and quiet environment, it covers an area of more than 800 mu.
Scenic area of Wild Crane Stream
There is a natural bathing place where people can surf and swim inside by taking advantage of the clean pebble beach in the Dragon Pool Gorge, a leisure square with tea lounge built by taking advantage of the original level ground, and a bamboo hexagonal pavilion which is built in a well selected place and for tourists to stop for a bit and take a rest there, appreciating the flying waterfall and the dragon pool.
In Juxian Gorge, three bamboo pavilions are built according to the characteristics of landscape along the road, which are called “Yingxian (Greeting the Spirit)”, “Shouxian (the Spirit of Longevity)” and “Xianfeng (Immortal Wind)”. Added with the “Immortal Cave”, tourists may take a full breath of "immortal air” in the natural “oxygen bar”.
Scenic area of Yunhe (Cloud Crane) Lawn
The scenic area is equipped with facilities such as guest rooms, dining halls, tea garden, management room, and public toilet, for the tourists to take leisure vacation, popular science education and tour of Tao temple.
Especially the Tao temple area lies at the south and faces the north with luxuriant woods, clean and fresh air as well as a folk legend of the origin of Taoism and a plot of vegetation built in the pattern of Taiji full of the spice of Taoist legend according to the odd Yin-yang.
