Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, better known as East Timor, celebrates its National Pavilion Day today in the Asia Joint Pavilion I in Zone A.
The East Timor Pavilion is themed "Be With Us, Be With Nature."
A Los Palos-style roof, carved wooden door, palm leaves and an array of handicrafts give a feeling of the country in the Indonesian Archipelago.
The exhibition depicts natural scenery, urban and rural scenes and people relaxing, showing a coexistence between man and nature. A film recreates a day in East Timor from dawn to dusk.
Local songs and dances are performed.
