Representatives of China and nine Central and Eastern European countries gathered at the Poland Pavilion this morning to discuss the prospect and new opportunities of economic cooperation between China and the Central and Eastern European region.
The nine countries are Lithuania, Hungary, Latvia, Poland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Czech, Slovenia and Slovakia.
Advanced technologies, low-cost labor, talents and strategic location were mentioned as the strong points of the region for the expansion of Chinese companies by David Gosset, Director of China Europe International Business School Center for International and Business Relations.
Executives from several Chinese corporations shared their success stories of business development in Central and Eastern Europe.
