A wax statue of David Beckham is coming to the UK Pavilion at the Expo site on loan from Madame Tussauds Shanghai, and will stay through the ongoing 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.
Meanwhile, a "guard" from the Buckingham Palace has also made his way to the pavilion. The wax statue will guard the pavilion until October 31, when the Expo concludes.
The surprising display at the "City Park" section of the pavilion triggers visitors' interest and many pose for photos with the model of the famous football player and the guard.
